He was predeceased by: his wife Noreen D. Orcutt (Fleming); his parents, George E. Orcutt and Mildred Orcutt (Freeman); and his siblings, Mary Chojnacki (Orcutt) and James F. Orcutt.
He is survived by: his children, James T. Orcutt (Christine) of Boston and Carol Gemme (Pierre) of Rutland; his grandchildren, Cameron J. Orcutt of New York City, Kelley M. Orcutt of London, Melissa Hallaman (Brian) of Rutland and Deanna Gemme (Craig Silverman) of Delray Beach, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Renee, Matthew and Jonathan Hallaman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
They remained unquestionably committed to each other as was demonstrated during their last fourteen years together as Noreen had been in poor health, requiring her to be moved to an Alzheimer's unit during the last eight of those years.
