She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Moore; her parent George O.; and her siblings, Eloise Curll, Jeanne Davis, Robert Desourdis and Kenneth Desourdis.
She is survived by: her parent Lillian Desourdis (Liberty); her children, Leilani A. Benoit (Kevin) of Worcester, Gregory W. Moore (Carol) of Leominster, Marilyn L. Perron (Timothy) of Leicester and Michael E. Moore (Jennifer) of Worcester; her grandchildren, Stephen Lund, Jeanne Benoit, Kelly Thorne, David Lund, Nicholas Moore, Samantha Smith, Robert Benoit and Nolan Moore; and her sister Marilyn Colella of Worcester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jacqueline's family will honor her wishes by holding funeral services in private and request that donations in her memory be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 6665-8516.
