He was predeceased by: his daughter Colleen McDermott (late Lon); and his half-brother Paul Rooney. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Rooney (Peloquin); his daughters, Marybeth Looney (Timothy) of Auburn and Shawna Tibbetts (Paul) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Erin Terry (Trevor), Elizabeth Hains (Matthew), Derek McDermott (Kimberly), Caitlin Stoppiello (Christopher), John Tibbetts and Michael Tibbetts; his great grandchildren, Timothy, Alannah Terry, Connor, Cole Hains, Kelley and Easton McDermott; and his brother Thomas L. Rooney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
