Pietrzak (Jane) of Dudley, Carole A. Gardella (Paul) of Worcester and Christine Dowell (Fred) of Charlton; his grandchildren, Daniel Gardella, Cynthia Wing, Amy Naffah, Sara Gardella, Lori Pietrzak, Angela Karpf (Dowell) and Michael Pietrzak; his great grandchildren, Zachary Naffah, Ryan Wing, Marissa Naffah and Joshua Towne; his grandson Adam Dowell; his sisters, Helen Banach and Blanche Daigle; and his parent Czeslawa Pietrzak (Burzynski).
