He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Chiapulis and Jean E. Beaulieu (Gubber); and his siblings, Peter, Terry Chiapulis and Chris Hinkle.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Ritchotte (John) of Uxbridge, MA.; his sibling's children, Rachel Massey of Woonsocket, R. I., Dylan Ritchotte (Keri) of Mendon, MA, Cody Ritchotte of Missoula, MT. and Jacob Massey of Muskogee, OK.; and his great-nephew Winslow Ritchotte of Mendon.
