She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Galvin and Mary T. "Jessie" Galvin (Danahy); her husband David; her sister Marilyn (Galvin); and her brother-in-law Francis Adamski.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Krug (Scott) of West Boylston; her grandchildren, Clare, Mary and Scott Jr.; her son John Phillips (Sandi George) of Northbridge; her grandchildren, Alexandra and Sydney; her son David Phillips (Victoria) of Whitinsville; her sister Frances Bowler (Jack) of Arlington; and her siblings-in-law, Geraldine Krupika (Stephen) of Sturbridge and Thomas Phillips of Whitinsville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
