He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Marie Cavanaugh of Paxton, MA and Frank Horan of Shrewsbury, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Cavanaugh (Anderson); his daughters, Anne M. Cavanaugh of Auburn and Monica E. Gilbody (Paul) of Sutton; his grandchildren, Danielle M. Doe (Javier Carrillo-Gonzalez) of Madrid, Spain, Caroline Gilbody of Sutton, Claire Hutner and Andrew Hutner of Sutton; and his parents-in-law, Francis Cavanaugh of Seminole, FL, Madeline Horan of Marlborough, MA, Claire (Thomas Cunningham) of Worcester, MA and Terry Cavanaugh Cunningham of Springfield, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke's Guesthouse, a homeless shelter, at 141 Main Street, Southbridge MA 01550.
