He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Sullivan and Sarah Sullivan (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. Sullivan (Garney); his children, Kathleen O'Sullivan (Thomas Sullivan) of Auburn, Timothy O'Sullivan (Michelle) of Woodstock, CT and Brian O'Sullivan of Auburn; his grandchildren, Sean Garceau (Jessica) of Leominster, Ashley Garceau of Hopkinton, Ryan Garceau of Putnam, Ian and Evan O'Sullivan of Woodstock, CT; and his great grandchildren, Max and Madison Garceau. He is also survived by nine siblings.
