He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kosky and Constance Norling Kosky; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Misty Eaton of Puerto Rico and April Eaton Brown (Mark) of Sutton; and his granddaughter Dr. Allyson L. Brown of Whitinsville.
