He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan O'Neill (Berthiaume). He is survived by: his spouse Jean E. (Wahlstrom); and his children, Wendy M. Berthiaume of Dover, Richard R. Berthiaume Jr. of Millbury, Brenda A. Brownell of Shutesbury and Karen A. Flood (Jeffrey) of Lehigh Acres, Florida. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
