He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand P. Lusignan and Jessie H. Lusignan (Smith); his brother Robert Lusignan; his brother-in-law Norman Cardin; and his nephew Robert Lusignan.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lusignan; and his siblings, Linda Sullivan (Daniel), Roger Lusignan (Joan), Joyce Cardin, Russell Lusignan (Bonnie) and Donald Lusignan (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and two step children.
