He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Byer and Dorothy Byer (Flodin). He is survived by: his daughters, Robyn Byer (Ricahrd LaSpina) of Windham, NH and Bonnie Byer of Millbury; his son-in-law Peter Sturgis of Auburn; his siblings, Charles Byer of Indiana and Judy Eaton of Clinton, PA; his sisters-in-law, Linda and Kathleen O'Keefe of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Steele, Turnbull, Zachary, Noah, Lilyanna and Mariela.
