He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Bullard (Faucher); his children, Rhonda Sanchez, Paul Bazin, Kathie Bazin and Steven Bazin; his brother Donald Bullard; and his parents, Leo Bullard and Eleanor Bullard (Hughes).
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie L. Bullard of Worcester, Mark R. Bullard of Hyannis, Ronald L. Bullard, Jr. of Barre, Cheryl Bullard of Auburn, Cathleen M. Bisson of Dudley and Dawna Bazin of Worcester; and his siblings, Joseph Bullard of Worcester and Beverly Volent of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; many great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
