He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Lee and Joan M. Lee (Durgin). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Lee (Anthony Pettiglio) of Oro Valley, AZ and Sandra Sliwoski (Scott) of Brookfield; his nephew Maxx Sliwoski; and his close friend Billy Sylvester.
