O'Toole (Rebecca) of Charlotte, NC and Amy L. Brodeur (Stephen) of Charlton; his grandchildren, Molly, Jacob, Emily Brodeur of Charlton, Jack and Maggie O'Toole of Charlotte, NC; and his brother Kevin O'Toole of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
