He is survived by: his wife Audrey "Robin" Forsberg (Hagberg); his children, Timothy Forsberg (Christine) of Warwick, RI, Lisa Forsberg of Warwick, RI and Tammy Forsberg of Auburn; his grandchildren, Alexis and Alexander Forsberg; his brother Steven Forsberg of West Boylston; his nephew Davin Forsberg (Emily); and his great-nieces, Anna and Julia of Worcester.
