She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo P. Steinmetz and Louise Steinmetz (Mertins); her husband Edward F. Kozlowski; her son Dennis Kozlowski; and her brothers, Edward, Bernard, Donald and Joseph. She is also survived by four grandchildren, a great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
