He is survived by : his wife Donna Tobey (Dee); his daughters, Gail Tobey and Pamela Tobey; his grandchildren, Steven (Donisha Gomes), Danielle Tobey (Ronald Cruz), Emmanuel (Alicia Gomes), Monique Tobey and Tiffany Tobey; his great grandchildren, V'Santi Tobey, Michael Gonsalves, Luis Garcia-Tobey, Sanaa Gomes, Amari Miller-Tobey, Micah Gomes and Abagail Gomes; his mother-in-law Elinor Dee; his brother-in-law Allen Dee; and his stepsister Muriel Riley.
