It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dona Blake of Barre, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dona Blake to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William Sluckis and Mary Sluckis; her former life partner Alfred Blake; her husband Al Blake; her daughters, Lauren, Emily and Kate; her great-nephew Mark (Jamie); her siblings, Bernice Dymon and Albert Sluckis; and also, Edward, Donna Dymon, Francis Labuda, Luka and Ava. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests face masks or coverings be worn in the funeral home and in the church.
