She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony D'Amato and Helen D'Amato. She is survived by : her husband George Joseph Kudenchak; her children, Karen Kugel, Thomas Kudenchak and Wayne Kudenchak; her daughters-in-law, Ann and Causby; her grandchildren, Robert Kudenchak (Lindsey Roble), Deb Kudenchak, Allyson Kudenchak, Jennifer Kudenchak, Kurt Kugel and Christina Kugel; and her brother Michael D'Amato of New Jersey. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
