She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parent Jania Alves Merida; her stepparent Esvin Merida; her siblings, Krystal Merida of Bellingham, MA and Jazlyn Merida of Arizona; her grandparents, Jarbas Alves of Brazil and Angelina Julia Alves; and her stepgrandparents, Pablo and Gloria Merida of Mexico. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousins.
