He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis A. Jr and Elizabeth Martin, Jr. (Weadick); and his sibling Richard. He is survived by: his children, Willis A. Martin, IV (Kristin) of Medfield, MA and Kimberly A. Winer (Ross) of Chelsea, MA.; his grandchildren, Wyatt K. Martin and Ellie R. Martin; and his siblings, Gerard Martin of Stoughton, MA, Jane Martin of Stoughton, MA, David Martin (Chris) of Framingham, MA, Francis, Thomas, Ann Martin and Marianne Fenton.
