We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, Phillip W. Livingston of Billerica, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Elaine Livingston (Lawrence); and his sister Margaret Bailey. He is survived by : his children, Deborah Robbins (Joseph) of Nashua, NH, Sandra Aurilio (Anthony) of Tewksbury, Kathleen Deckert (Thomas) of Plymouth, Phillip Livingston (Stacey) of Cambridge and Stephen Livingston (Julie) of Scituate; and his sisters, Eileen Bacci and Sheila Brennick. He is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Face coverings and social distancing measures will be in place.
