He is survived by: his wife Dian Cooper of Dorchester, MA.; his children, Leonard Alvin Cooper of Baltimore, MD, Michelle Cooper of Dallas, TX, Chantai Brighton of Boston, MA and Lloyd Brighton of Boston, MA; his granddaughter Hannah Brighton of Boston, MA.; his sister-in-law Anna Brighton; his siblings, Janet James (Wilton) of Quincy, MA, Eutrice Guy (Samuel) of Randolph, MA, Roland Cooper (Patricia) of Taunton, MA, Alphage Cooper (Gloria) of Tobago, Amoryll Cooper of Quincy, MA, Cedric Cooper (Rodgrica) of Houston, Lorn Cooper (Cheryl) of Boston, MA and Elvis Cooper (Veneranda) of Weymouth, MA; and his sister-in-law Philomena Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Christian Church (301 Harvard St, Boston, MA 02124). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
