She was predeceased by : her parents, Juana M. Santiago of Peabody and Aquiles A. Bermudez of Santiago; and her children, Altagracia Santiago (Tata) and Frank Hernandez. She is survived by : her children, John Hernandez (Michelle) of Boxford, Martiza Hernandez of Gloucester, Marcy Cooney (Tom) of Salem, Carlos Hernandez (Joanne) of Saugus, Angela Hernandez of Florida and Mary Hernandez of New York; her great grandchildren, Angel, Shannely, Jaedaliz and Chloe; and her great great grandchild Dior.
