He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah J. Federico; and his brother Emilio. He is survived by: his children, Albert K. Federico (Patricia) of Braintree and Elizabeth R. Gallant (Patrick) of Marshfield; his siblings, Ophelia, Vienna and Adolfo; and his grandchildren, Allison Bulger (Christopher) of Brockton, Abigail Federico of Braintree and Tess Gallant of Marshfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
