He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Boudreaux (Sullivan); his parents, Claude Boudreaux and Louise Boudreaux (Boudoin); and his siblings, Jessie Mae Hall Stork and Anna McWhorter (late Charlie).
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne McCabe (Donald) of Braintree, Mary Ellen Boudreaux of Braintree, Sheila McKinley (John) of Braintree and Susan Kelly (James) of Acworth, GA; his grandchildren, Caitlin (Ryan), Dayna (John), Alex (Caitlin), Alanna, John, James (Olivia), Sean, Isabella and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Josephine, Ainsley and Bridgette; and his siblings, C. J. Boudreaux (late Irene) and Charles Boudreaux (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
