He is survived by: his spouse Cami Milward (Matthew); his stepchildren, Amy Morin (Peter Morin) of Braintree, Michael Milward (Christine) of Braintree and Kerri Kinsella (Scott Kinsella) of Winthrop; and his brothers, John Carroll of Sherborn and Richard Carroll (Venna) of Foxborough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
