He is survived by: his children, Beth A. Carleton (John) of Virginia and Steven F. Leone (Kelly) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Caitlin Carleton, Jake Leone and Brooke Leone; and his siblings, David Leone (Sandi) of California, Michael Leone (Laurie) of Sandwich and Janice Leone of Sandwich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
