He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen Bougopoulos; and his siblings, James Bougopoulos and Sophia Desmond. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bougopoulos of San Jose, CA; his children, Beth Steeley (Rob) of Turlock, CA and Nick Bougopoulos of San Jose; his grandsons, Nicholas and Christopher Steeley of Turlock, CA; his sister Anna (Jack McCullagh) of East Weymouth, MA; and his sister-in-law Patricia Crowley of Fairhaven, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
