He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hoffman and Catherine Hoffman (Ruane); his wife Frances Hoffman (Homer); and his brother John Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Beth Kimmell (Glenn), Dennis Hoffman (Marcia) of Abington, Peter Hoffman (Diane) of Haverhill, Cathy White (Bill), Teresa Hoffman (Leo), Paul Hoffman of Braintree, Joanne Georgeakakis (Harry) of Bridgewater, John Hoffman (Meredith) and Jim Hoffman of Norton; and his sisters, Teresa Chisholm and Kathleen Very. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
