He was predeceased by: his parent Patrick J.. He is survived by: his spouse Tracey A. Higgins (Dalrymple) of Braintree; his stepchildren, Ashley Rudd (Jeremy), Shae and Cian; his siblings, Patsy Izzo (Vic) of Plymouth and Barbara Daniels; his husband William of Hanover; his nieces and nephews, Tara Izzo, Maureen Izzo, Scott Daniels, Kerri Sorrento (Fred), Colleen Daniels, Tim Higgins (Julie), Mike Higgins (Shawn), Caitrin Higgins, Seamus Higgins and Kienan Higgins; his grandson Colson Rudd; his parent Ellen Higgins (Downey); and also, Edward Higgins (Linda) of Harwich and James Higgins (Anne) of Hopewell, NJ.. He is also survived by several grandnieces and grandnephews.
