He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Howie and W. Gertrude Howie (MacDonald); and his aunts, Eleanor and Louise MacDonald. He is survived by: his spouse Gail F. Howie (Hill); and his children, Daryl M. Price, David C. Howie and Michelle L. Campbell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
