He is survived by: his spouse Deanna K. Van Schagen (Gould); his children, Donna J. Van Schagen of Westwood, Denise E. Cusack (Van Schagen) and Michael C. Cusack of Braintree; his grandchildren, Lauren Kemalian, Caitlin Kemalian, William Cusack and Benjamin Cusack; and his sister-in-law Marverene Domey of Cabot, VT. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
