He was predeceased by: his parents, Bib Godwin and Mary Godwin (Martin). He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Woodruff of Sanford, FL and Joan Sanchez; his siblings-in-law, Priscilla Evans (Bill) of Wareham, Christina B Landolfi (Calway) and Richie of Stoughton, MA; his wife Pamela Teresa Godwin; his children, Pamela Weber (Marc) of Raynham and Daniel Godwin (Kate) of Hanson; and his grandchildren, Marc Weber (Scooter) of Whitman, Ryan Weber of Raynham, Abby, Olivia and Isabelle Godwin of Hanson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Research Institute.
