He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Carras and Delia A. Carras (Powers); his son William E. Carras; and his stepson Louis Swank. He is survived by: his daughter Christina M. Bythrow (Daniel) of Braintree; his grandsons, Nicholas J. and Joseph D. Bythrow; his siblings, John Carras of South Boston, Mabel Ann Barry, Helen McCormick, Thomas Carras and Ernest Carras; his stepdaughters, Barbara Robbins of Quincy and Louise Burns of Weymouth; and also Hazel M. Carras (Malloch) of Quincy. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
