He is survived by: his grandfather Jim; his spouse Jean O'Neil (Quintiliani); his children, Christopher O'Neil (Cathy) of Burlington, Barbara O'Neil of Braintree and Peter O'Neil (Cindy) of Kingston; his parents, Bernard O'Neil and Sarah O'Neil; his siblings, John, Joseph, David, Robert, Thomas, William, Paul and Eleanor Walsh; and his nieces and nephews, Bernard O'Neil, Paul O'Neill, William O'Neil, Robert O'Neil, Gerard Bober, Marie O'Neil Davidson and Judi Baldwin. He is also survived by husband, father.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Boston Latin School High School, 78 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston, MA 02115.
