He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret M. O'Rourke (Dalzell); his daughter Catherine M. O'Rourke; and his sibling Francis J. O'Rourke. He is survived by: his sons, James O'Rourke of Randolph and John P. O'Rourke of Quincy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
