He was predeceased by: his sister Eileen; his parents, Leo Francis Manning and Theresa McKenven Manning; and his brothers, Leo Manning, Jr. and Thomas Manning.

He is survived by: his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Rita Manning of Madison, Wisconsin; and his friend Donna Bartholomew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to a charity of your choice.
