He is survived by: his spouse Mary Hegarty (Rushe); his children, Mary Pat Kelley (Michael) of Braintree, Noreen Kelly (Tom) of Foxboro and Nancy Hegarty of Harwich; his siblings, Neil Hegarty, Roxbury Hegarty and Robert Hegarty of Hanover; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Luke and Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
