He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth Nelson (McQuaid); and his sibling William. He is survived by: his grandfather John; his children, Maureen M. Foley (David) of Chelmsford and Michael J. Nelson (Laurie) of San Francisco, CA.; and his siblings, Margaret Habermas of Las Vegas, NV, Regina Campbell of Hanover, Charles, Albert, Phillip Nelson and Mary Fitzgerald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
