It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph H. Cody of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Cody and Catherine G. Cody (Bagley). He is survived by: his wife Mary Cody (Murray); his children, Mary T. Cody of Braintree, Joseph C. Cody (Denise) of Braintree, Barbara Daly (late Stephen F. Daly) of Foxboro, Kathleen McLaughlin (Steven) of Foxboro and Joanne Scaramuzzo (John) of Dedham; his sisters, Catherine Sexton (late Paul "Red" Sexton) of East Boston and Mary Willard (Bob) of Andover; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Shawn Cody, Catherine, William Daly, Erin, Steven McLaughlin, Jill, Johnny and James Scaramuzzo. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
