He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonios Koutsis and Paraskevi Koutsis; his wife Maria Makridis Koutsis; his children, Anthony Koutsis of Braintree, MA, Demetrios Koutsis and Panayiota Koutsis Mouchlian; his grandchildren, Marianna Koutsis, Christian Mouchlian and Alena Rose Mouchlian; and his siblings, Fioroula Plantza, Christina Mandalis, Ioannis Koutsis, Dionysios Koutsis, Panayiotis Koutsis, Maria Diamantis and Alexandra Ktistis. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
