She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Cusack. She is survived by: her sons, John Cusack, Jr. (Mary) of Braintree, William Cusack (Jeri Diehl) of Columbus, Brian Cusack (Cheryl) of Braintree, Robert Cusack (Janice) of Braintree and Greg Cusack of Braintree; her grandchildren, Michael Cusack (Denise), Eileen Gearty (Brian), Patrick Cusack (Kerry), Timothy Cusack, Kevin Cusack (Jodi), Katherine DeMercurio (Carmino), Annie Lovegrove (Todd), Rory Weier (Jason), Matthew Cusack (Kate), Mark Cusack, Kerri Anne McLaughlin (Ryan), Robert Cusack, Shay Cusack, Jack Cusack and Daniel Cusack; her great grandchildren, Will, Ben, Lauren, Emma, Owen, Neil, Shay, Dean, Wells and Cameron; and her nieces and nephews, Barbara Cusack, Lisa Armstrong, Joseph Cusack and Michael Cusack.
In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, those attending will be asked to pay their respects and depart to allow the next guests to enter the funeral home.
