He was predeceased by: his son Richard J. Foye, Jr.; and his mother Helen Lazzarro. He is survived by: his children, Donna M. Somerville of Quincy, Nancy A. Elliott of Quincy and John F. Foye of Quincy; his stepdaughter Patricia Tellier Gaut (Adron) of San Diego, Calif.; and his brother James Ryan of Norwood. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
