With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard R. Mitchell (Braintree, Massachusetts), born in Norwood, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 26, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Evelyn Sullivan of Braintree; his siblings, Kimberlee (Joseph) of Montana, Daniel Mitchell (Kimberly) of Braintree and Keith Mitchell of Braintree; his grandparents, Russell Sullivan and Evelyn Sullivan (Ryan); and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Mitchell and Brooke Mitchell. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to Boston Children's Hospital on behalf of Jase Russell.
