Robert E. Prout Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Prout (Braintree, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Prout and Pauline Prout (Murch); his wife Virginia "Ginny" Prout (Connor); his brother William Prout; and his granddaughter Adrienne Saltibus.
He is survived by: his children, Michael T. Prout of Braintree, Joanne M. Allen (Dominick) of Braintree and Laura A. Prout of Braintree; his sister Lorraine Ramacorti; and his grandsons, Dominick L. Allen, Jr. and Robert L. Allen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and several close friends.
In keeping with the Covid-19 guidelines, which include face coverings, social distancing and wait times in line due to temporary limited capacity, visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, from 4:00 -8:00 PM at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington St., Braintree.
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Jimmy Fund.
