He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gurley and Ellen Gurley (Kodad); his wife Lorraine M. Gurley (Princiotta); his child Gail Mamaty; and his sister Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ferris (Paul) of Braintree, Ronald Gurley (Susan) of Braintree, Pamela Magee (Joseph) of Charlestown, Robert Gurley Jr. (Lucy) of Fall River and Paul Gurley (Sandra) of Braintree; and his siblings, Virgina, Helen, William, Joseph and George. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, also by his many nieces and nephews.
