He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave MacKinnon and Kay MacKinnon. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn MacKinnon (Stevens); his children, Dean G. MacKinnon (Tricia) of Milford, NH and Renae "Sue" MacKinnon (Robert Guerriero) of Braintree; and his siblings, John MacKinnon (Kathy), Gus MacKinnon (Joanna), Marie Verderber (Carl) and Adrian "Joe" MacKinnon (Alyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins.

Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Stan's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
