She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Bowes and Isabelle J. Bowes (Currie); and her siblings, William Bowes (Patricia) and Thomas Bowes (Lorraine). She is survived by: her husband Edwin J. "Butch" Simms; her sons, Michael E. Simms (Mary) of Braintree and Steven J. Simms (Susan) of Milton; her grandchildren, Victoria, Alexander, Courtney Simms, Marissa, Nicholas, Benjamin, Rebecca and Noah Simms; her great grandchild Jayden; and her brother Leo Bowes (Sue). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
